Dr. Nayak received his medical training from P.C. Jabin Science College, Karnatak Science College and Karnatak Medical College, all in India. His internship was at Princeton Hospital in New Jersey, followed by surgery and urology residencies in Ohio and New York. He has been a practicing urologist since 1977 when he opened the private practice in Effingham.

Dr.Nayak is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Nayak is also a member of many professional associations including the American Urological Association.

Dr. McNichols received his medical training from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. His residency in general surgery was at Mayo Clinic, 1975-1976 and his urology residency was at Mayo Clinic, 1976-1979. Following his residency Dr.McNichols taught as Assistant Professor or Urology at Texas A & M University School of Medicine.

Dr.McNichols is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. McNichols is also a member of many professional associations including the American Urological Association.
